This is an old CR kept on hold since the initial validation:
There is a difference in symbol sizes among S00031 and S00032 compared to S00047 ... S00049, and in S00042 compared to S00011. This ought to be corrected and we should file a change request for it, unless this is not already included in the "task II" works.
The proposal is to double the sizes of the symbols S00047, S00048 and S00049.

This CR emanates from the validation of the symbols in C00022.
The CR should be handled after the initial validation of the database and the Task II work.

The "task II" work did not contain any proposal with regard to this CR.
After the submission of the FDIS for IEC 61082-1 it could be concluded that this contains guidance on the symbol sizes, see clause 5.12.2. It contains also an example where S00042 is applied (Figure 80) as shown in IEC 60617. The latter illustrates a situation where the symbols for plug and socket versus coaxial cable need to be adapted in order to allow possible connection of the screen and a possible connection with several poles.
Therefore S00011, S00031, S00032, S00042 need not be changed, but S00047, S00048 and S00049 ought to be enlarged to the same size as shown in S00031 and S0032.

FI(TAVI): S00031 has also been used in installation diagram symbols. All these applications should be explained in S00031. See also IEC 61082 cl. 4.3.3. This use of different size symbol elements should also clarified in revision of IEC 61082.
