Reason:
The request is based on the result of the evaluation of CR 00076. That CR originates from a Task II proposal.

Comments at evaluation:
The propsals of the original C00076, were split into two groups, one to be submitted in accordance with the normal database procedure and the other to be submitted in accordance with the extended.

This Change Request contains the latter group.

Comments at validation:
The validation is replaced by the circulation of document 3/596/CDV (3/596A/CDV)in accordance with the extended database procedure.

Comment 2002-09-16 by the Secretary: Document 3/596A/CDV was aproved, and an FDIS will be circulated.

Following the decison by TC3 in Prague the circulation of the FDIS was held until a common replacement symbol be defined.

Comment by the Secretary 2003-03-03: By the processing of Change request C00097 symbol S01454 Complex switch, general symbol, was appoved and has been released today. This symbol is intended to be used as a replacement for S00273, S00274, S00275, S00276, S00277, thus meeting comments on 3/596A/CDV (see 3/635/RVC) from FI and SE. The propsal has therefore been modified in relation this and 3/666/FDIS circulated.

Document 3/666/FDIS was approved and the symbols have been withdrawn.
