The propsals of the original C00078, were split into two groups, one to be submitted in accordance with the normal database procedure and the other to be submitted in accordance with the extended.
This Change Request contaions the latter group.
The validation is replaced by the circulation of document 3/597/CDV in accordance with the extended database procedure.
