This CR is for validation of the content of IEC 60617-12 Ed. 3 clause 5 to 7 as transferred to the IEC 60617 database.
The content of clauses 1 to 4 of IEC 60617-12 Ed. 3 is intended to be appropriately included as an extension to the general description of the database, and partly also as application notes explicitly linked to some symbols, eg Clause 2 General notes.
Do not comment on the links "applied in". They are set automatically from the symbol that applies it, and all of those are not yet ready.
The links "applies" should therefore be set correctly
