The symbols are to be validated only. The purpose of this validation is to ensure that the content of the printed publication has been appropriately transferred to the database.

AT(WGAS): The symbols S01610 and S01623 has the same graphic picture, but different names.

Regarding the comment from AT: Yes, that is a consequence of the fact that an item in the database is a fundamentally a concept with associated graphical symbol (not a symbol with associated meaning(s)). Then it can happen that the same graphics can be used for different concepts. This principal decision was taken when the database was started.
