Introduce a new symbol for foot switch
Reason:
In IEC 60617 DB there are graphical symbols for installation diagrams for switches and push button which are normally operated by hand. However there are applications (for example emergency stop for machinery, hold-up alarm trigger device, people with disabilities control room lights, etc.), where push buttons are operated by foot only. So it is not trivial how to construct such a symbol. Therefore this concept should have internationally standardized graphical symbol suitable for installation diagrams.
FI NC propose to standardize a new symbol for foot switch for document kind “Installation diagrams”. In our proposal we take symbols S00176 and S00475 and combine it to have following graphical presentation.

Comments at evaluation:
FI(ARSI): FI NC support the proposal. Normal database procedure
DE(RESC): DE NC agrees withthe normal database procedure
JP(HIKE): JP NC does not agree with the proposal. The proposed symbol should be composed of a (new) qualifying symbol for "actuated by foot" and "switch".
AT(WGAS): AT NC gives the following comments: This symbol is hardly readable in the usual size on a installation drawing. The concentric circles are a symbol for Installation drawings. The symbol "food operatet" is a symbol for circuit diagrams. This symbol is a combination of existing symbols therefore is no need for a new symbol.
SE(TOHA): SE NC support the proposal. Normal database procedure.

Secretary comment: There are a majority of votes for normal database procedure and the CR can go to validation. However, before the validation we should give the proposer the opertunity to additionally comment the the evalution of the symbol.

C00201 will be put "on hold" waiting for the result of C00206. The continuation will be dependant on this CR.
