Introduce a new symbol for concept: Bus coupling unit
Reason:
This graphical symbol is for presenting interface or property of appliance that has bus coupling unit (BCU). This graphical symbol should not be used standalone but in combination of other graphical symbols for diagrams. Combination of this and other IEC 60617 symbols are needed to document designed and installed home and building automation systems or similar applications.
During the preparation of this proposal MT 60617 was consulted

General comments:
Comments at evaluation:
DE(RESC): German national committee agrees with the normal database procedure
JP(HIKE): The Japanese National Committee of TC 3 supports the proposal, but the shape of the symbol element for the bus coupling shall be in agreement with S01733. Normal database procedure.
FI(ARSI): FI NC support this change request with normal database procedure.
DK (KATH): The Danish NC supports the proposal for normal database procedure.
CN(GUTI): CN NC support the proposal. Normal database procedure.
SE (PASV): SE NC supports this change request with normal database procedure and agrees with the JP proposal that the symbol for bus coupling shall correspond to the (simpler) symbol S01733.

Secretary comment: the evaluation was closed with 6 votes for normal data base procedure and none against, but the prposal to change the symbol to correspond to S01733 will be discussed in MT 60617 before validation.
NO(ES): The evaluation shall not be terminated before the evaluation ends. The evaluation ends today, 2012-01-30.
We do agree with the SE comment.
