To align IEV parts 195 and 826 and names of some IEC 60617 graphical symbols for conductors following changes are proposed:
S00447 Protective earthing conductor
S01927 System-referencing-conductor
S01929 PEN conductor; Alternative name: PEM conductor.

Reason:
Naming of conductor symbols shall follow IEV parts 195 and 826 when relevant.
