Vm-input

If a Vm-input [Vm-output] stands at its internal 1-state, all inputs and outputs affected by this Vm-input [Vm-output] stand at their internal 1-states.
If a Vm-input [Vm-output] stands at its internal 0-state, all inputs and outputs affected by this Vm-input [Vm-output] stand at their normally defined internal logic states.
m shall be replaced by the relevant identifying number.
