Cm-input

If a Cm-input [Cm-output] stands at its internal 1-state, the inputs affected by this Cm-input [Cm-output] have their normally defined effect on the function of the element.
If a Cm-input [Cm-output] stands at its internal 0-state, the inputs affected by this Cm-input [Cm-output] have no effect on the function of the element.
m shall be replaced by the relevant identifying number.
