Sm-input
If an Sm-input stands at its internal 1-state, the outputs affected by this Sm-input will take on the internal logic state they normally would take on for the combination S=1, R=0, regardless of the state of any R-input.
If an Sm-input stands at its internal 0-state, it has no effect.
