If a Gm-input [Gm-output] stands at its internal 1-state, all inputs and outputs affected by this Gm-input [Gm-output] stand at their normally defined internal logic states.
If a Gm-input [Gm-output] stands at its internal 0-state, all inputs and outputs affected by this Gm-input [Gm-output] stand at their internal 0-states.
m shall be replaced by the relevant identifying number.
